When I was younger, I had aspirations of being a sports photographer. While that didn't quite work out for a living, but I still get a buzz each weekend taking photos at my sons football/soccer games and capturing the kids doing what they love.

Over the 20 years of playing with cameras at sporting events, I have learnt a few things that help me take better photos, more often, in each game. What I plan to do is pass on a few tips each week for the Mums and Dads to hopefully improve their photography during the season.

We will start with some of the easier things and work our way up over the coming weeks.
