Quoting and Ordering Process

Step1. On the menu, select 'Quote/Order Custom Made Cards'

Select how many players or different cards are to be designed. Include a coach or manager in this list if you need to.

Next, select the number of cards to print. The two most common options are at the top, Full Set per player, or 1 card only per player.

Select your option for the back of the cards. This could be a simple team list of all the players, coaches and managers. You might want to add stats from the season, a bio about the player or a second photo. OR a combination of all three.

If you have a discount code, add it to the final box.

When ready, press the blue Generate a Price button.

You won't be asked for any personal details to simply get a price.

The pricing for your potential order is displayed on the screen. If you want to change it, just go press the back button on your browser, make your changes and send it through again. You can do this as many times as you like.

Step 2. Add Your Details

When you are happy with the price, add your name and email, club and team info. This will create a quote and lock in your price for you to use at anytime.

An email is sent through to you with further instructions and a link to return to the website at anytime, to start uploading your photos and player information.

You are under no obligation to place an order after getting a quote.

When you have finished providing your player photos and information, we will send a sample card design through before completing the order. We can refine this until you are happy with it.

3. Check Your Card Artwork

When we have finished designing your cards, they will be uploaded and assigned to your order. An email is sent to you with a link to check them online.

If a card has an issue, just decline it and let us know why. We will adjust it and upload the revised artwork for you to check again.

4. Pay and Receive your Cards

Once all approved, an invoice is sent to you for payment and your cards are printed and sent out to you.
